.Collect requirements: The first step in the ODM process is to collect customer requirements. These requirements may include product specifications, materials, design, function and safety standards that the power strip must meet.
.Research and development: After collecting requirements, the ODM team conducts research and development, explores the feasibility of designs and materials, and develops prototype models.
.Prototyping and testing: Once a prototype model is developed, it is extensively tested to ensure it meets safety standards, quality and functionality.
.Manufacturing: After the prototype model is tested and approved, the manufacturing process begins. The manufacturing process includes procuring raw materials, assembling components, and quality control inspections.
.Quality Control and Inspection: Every power strip produced goes through a quality control and inspection process to ensure that it meets the specific requirements and safety standards set by the customer.
.Packaging and delivery: After the power strip is completed and passed the quality control, the package is delivered to the customer. The ODM team can also assist with logistics and shipping to ensure products arrive on time and in good condition.
.Customer Support: The ODM team provides ongoing customer support to assist customers with any issues or issues that may arise after product delivery. These steps ensure that customers receive high-quality, reliable and safe power strips that meet their specific requirements.
